Et maintenant départ pour l’Océan Indien avec Wayo-Wayo. Ce petit « tuk tuk » 100% électrique propose une cuisine créole gourmande, généreuse et authentique. A la carte, des plats réunionais et mauriciens concoctés avec amour par un nostalgique de la cuisine des îles. On y retrouve les traditionnels bouchons réunionais et autres samoussas, mais aussi rougail saucisses ou cari de crevettes. Un concept unique parmi les food-trucks bordelais. Non seulement les plats sont préparés avec des légumes issus de l’agriculture biologique mais les poulets proviennent d’éleveurs locaux et sont nourris aux grains végétaux. Un food truck éco-responsable qui propose des plats faits maison aux inspirations indiennes. Les plats sont servis au choix dans des barquettes biodégradables ou dans des crêpes typiques de la cuisine indienne : les dosa. Dosa Soul Kitchen, c’est des produits de qualités, locaux et bio pour certains, et une délicieuse odeur d’épices qui suffit à ouvrir l’appétit. Direction les USA avec Bag’In, le food-truck qui a fait du bagel sa spécialité. Ce petit sandwich en forme d’anneau est ici copieusement varié et garni de produits frais! Inutile de préciser que les sauces sont également 100% maison ! Des saveurs anglo-saxonnes que l’on retrouve à la carte des desserts (fait-maison eux aussi) : du traditionnel carrot cake à l’exclusivité du Bag’In, le Black Tiramisu aux critiques plus qu’élogieuses. Et là encore, pas de risque de se lasser puisque la carte change toutes les semaines.

Du bagel le plus simple « Bag’ Queens » à 5,5€ au signature « Bag’ Mahnattan » à 6,5, l’addition dépasse difficilement la dizaine d’euros pour la formule bagel/boisson/dessert ! Chaque bagel étant préparé à la commande, le temps d’attente peut être un peu long et on vous conseille de réserver votre précieux sésame par SMS avant 11h30.
